Mónica de la Cruz (born November 11, 1974) is an American politician and insurance agent serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 15th congressional district since 2023. She is a member of the Republican Party. De la Cruz was first elected to Congress in 2022, having previously run in 2020. She was re-elected in 2024.
