Biography
Max Leonard Miller (born November 13, 1988) is an American politician who has served as the U.S. representative for Ohio's 7th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as a political appointee in the first Donald Trump administration. In 2026, Miller's re-election campaign has been embroiled in controversy after his ex-wife, Emily Moreno, accused him of domestic violence and of abusing their daughter. Senator Bernie Moreno, Miller's former father-in-law and ally, called on him to resign. This was followed by calls for Miller's resignation from GOP senators Jon Husted, Roger Marshall, Katie Britt and Tim Sheehy.
