Ellis on behalf of Urban Living Luxe V, LLC (Case# ZV26-01) for a zoning variance from Killeen Code of Ordinances Sec. 31-255.3(a)(1) to reduce the rear yard setback from twenty-five (25) feet to zero (0) feet. The subject property is locally addressed as 400 Liberty Street, Killeen, Texas. PH-2 Hold a public hearing and consider a request submitted by C.B. Ellis on behalf of Urban Living Luxe V, LLC (Case# SE26-01) for approval of a Special Exception from Killeen Code of Ordinances Sec. 31-908(a)(2) to grant an exception to require balconies on new multi-family structures. The subject property is locally addressed as 400 Liberty Street, Killeen, Texas. PH-3 Hold public hearing to consider demolition of a single-family home with shed located at 712 Valley Rd.
