The Presiding Officer may grant a one (1) minute extension if requested at the end of the speaker’s allotted time. Any additional extensions require a majority vote of the Board. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Consider the minutes of the special Board of Adjustment Meeting of March 5, 2026 Board of Adjustment Agenda April 16, 2026 Page 2 of 3 PUBLIC HEARINGS PH-1 Hold a public hearing and consider a request submitted by C.B. Ellis on behalf of Urban Living Luxe V, LLC (Case# ZV26-01) for a zoning variance to reduce the rear yard setback from the required twenty-five (25) feet to a minimum of nine (9) feet. The subject property is locally addressed as 400 Liberty Street, Killeen, Texas. PH-2 Hold a public hearing and consider a request submitted by C.B. Ellis on behalf of Urban Living Luxe V, LLC (Case# SE26-01) for approval of a Special Exception to the code that requires balconies on new multi-family structures. The subject property is locally addressed as 400 Liberty Street, Killeen, Texas. PH-3 Hold a public hearing and consider demolition of a single-family home located at 402 Carter Street (CE Case 2025-5505). PH-4 Hold a public hearing and consider demolition of a single-family home with an accessory structure located at 1006 Stewart Street (CE Case 2025-7673) . PH-5 Hold public hearing to consider demolition of a single-family home with an accessory structure located at 501 Blake Street (CE Case 25-7597). ADJOURNMENT The public is hereby informed that notices for City of Killeen meetings will no longer distinguish between matters to be discussed in open or closed session of a meeting.
